A Basic Range Plan for Fundamental Category Planning & Range Building

A range plan is a detailed overview of a collection, with all the design and financial parameters defined. The specifics outlined within the collection include how many styles you will have, to what fabrics and colourways, retail price as well as cost price from the supplier, and much more. The range plan also is used as a running update tracker, to capture the proceedings of development, for example if a style sample has been ‘approved’ or is ‘ready for production’.
